Good Good Work Cooperative: A Definition
We are a worker-owned, decentralized cooperative incorporated in Colorado, USA.
Our mission is to support good groups doing good work.
We believe that the crises of our times will be solved through greater cooperation. This is why we are building a coalition of professionals who work together to fulfill this mission through shared purpose and values.
Purpose
- Transact all lawful business for which Cooperatives may be incorporated pursuant to the Colorado Cooperative Act;
- Challenge oppression in all of its forms;
- Support the health, wellbeing, and happiness of all its members;
- Create a tangible and positive impact on society, taken as a whole, from the business and operations of the Cooperative.
Values
- Work for something because it is good, not just because it stands a chance to succeed;
- Equally value labor in all of its forms;

Membership
As a worker co-op, Good Good Work is collectively owned by its members, all equal shareholders in the Cooperative and with the responsibilities of business co-owners.
Members start as contributors and after 1 year are eligible to become members.
Governance
All members are empowered to participate in governance through regular membership meetings. Currently all members are automatically part of the board of directors.
