Article II of our bylaws call for three annual meetings—one in person—and provide a process for calling special membership meetings.
Annual Member Meetings
Part of our yearly rhythm are the spring, summer, and end of year meetings. Our spring meeting is meant to be a retreat where we all get together in person. The exact date of these meetings will be determined by the board.
March Equinox Retreat
Reflection
To celebrate the sun's crossing of the celestial equator members and invited guests will gather in a location determined by the membership. This meeting has three official objectives:
- Reflect on the last year.
- Review finances from the previous year.
- Review the CMB.
Beyond that the meeting should be self organized by members to serve the needs of members as well as create plenty of time for members to connect.

June Solstice Meeting
Creation
On the longest (or shortest) day of the year we gather to discuss the meta structure of the cooperative and vision far out into the future.
- Discuss the internal process and protocols of the co-op.
- Vision the cooperative 3+ years into the future.
- Review the CMB.
Who's invited: Members, contributors, and invited guests.
November Years End Meeting
Intention
Our final meeting of the year is dedicated to planning for the next year by setting intentions.
- Members share personal intentions for the next year.
- Discussion of intentions for the cooperative.
- Review the CMB.

Meeting Format
When it's time to get down to serious business the below format should be followed:
- Check In
- Determination of quorum
- Proof of due notice of meeting
- Reading and disposition of minutes
- Treasurer’s report
- Report of Board by president or vice president
- Report of secretary-treasurer
- Report of general manager
- Reports of committees
- Nominations for vacancies on the Board
- Elections
- Unfinished business
- New business
- Gratitudes
- Adjournment
