Membership

There are two distinct membranes one will pass through to be part of the co-op. The first is to become a contributor and do work with the co-op. After no less than one year contributors are eligible for membership.

Joining
Invited by any Member Agrees to Contributor Agreement Creates a Work Agreement	Nominated by any Member or applies Worked as a contributor for no less than one year Agree to the Membership Agreement Approved by Quorum Decision of the members Purchase one Share of Common Stock Make a two year commitment to remain a member
Leaving
Opts out Removed by the board	Resign providing sixty days notice Removed by the board
Required
Abides by the co-op's cultural norms Follow Contributor Agreement Follow and maintain Work Agreement	Follow Membership Agreement Hold one non-financial share of common stock Participate in Cooperative governance functions and responsibilities Run, own, and represent the co-op
Expected
Participate in online communications channels and collective decisions Participate in the co-op's rhythm of meetings Track hours according to our time tracking guide	Follows Membership Agreement Hold one non-financial share of common stock Participate in Cooperative governance functions and responsibilities Run and own the co-op
Encouraged
Attend retreats and member meetings when invited Contribute to the internal culture through monthly Change Up meeting Refer opportunities to the co-op and it's contributors Practice self care and encourage the care of others Bring our whole self into the co-op and support others to do so	Create opportunities and offer support for others
